🛒 Purchase Options

Mahjong Moxie currently offers the following purchase types:

  • In-Stock Items: Available for immediate purchase and shipment.

  • Preorders: Reserved items purchased before official release. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

  • Wholesale Orders: Available to approved retailers only and subject to separate terms.

❌ Order Cancellations

Retail Orders:

You may cancel a retail order within 24 hours of placing it—no questions asked.
To cancel, email mahjongmoxie@gmail.com with your order number.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.

Preorders:

Preorders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, all preorder sales are final due to limited runs and production planning.

Wholesale Orders:

All wholesale purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled once submitted.

📦 Already Shipped?

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or rerouted. Please review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.
