Retail Customers

At Mahjong Moxie, we take pride in the quality and beauty of our products. Each mat is carefully designed to bring joy to your game table and last through many rounds of play.

💬 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our small-batch production and limited inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with any damage or defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

We’ll need:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

If the damage is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • Store credit equal to the original purchase amount

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom orders or commissions


Wholesale Accounts

All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns of unsold merchandise.

Any damages or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photographic proof. Upon approval, replacements or credit may be issued at our discretion.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order ships, Mahjong Moxie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend contacting your local post office or shipping carrier first.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in processing or transit.
