📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches or preorder periods, processing times may be slightly longer—thank you for your patience!

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected delivery speed.

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • Select international destinations (contact us for questions)

Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather events.

🎯 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, reach out to us at mahjongmoxie@gmail.com.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Mahjong Moxie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, reshipping fees will apply.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost or delayed:

  • Check with neighbors and your local post office

  • Submit a claim with the shipping carrier

  • Contact us—we’ll do our best to help!

We recommend using a shipping address where someone can safely receive the package.

🌍 International Orders

Mahjong Moxie does not ship internationally at this time. 

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services at this time.
